   I was hardcore once. Organized a Super Smash Bros Melee tourney with a an entry fee and a cash prize. Could play Mario Kart 64 with my feet. Played no kill runs of Fallout. Could recite the original 151 pokemon by heart. Could play to the ending of Game A in Tetris. Now I'm just a guy with a job. And a wife. When did I go and grow up?

    Speaking of boss, I'm so hardcore I finished MGS3 on Hard last night with no kills, no alerts, no continues, and I beat The Boss at literally the last second - just 0.36 of a second remaining, in fact. And that's with the original camera. None of that cheating 3rd person rubbish for me.

    But I decide that's not all that hardcore, so now I'm doing a European Extreme speed run with no saves. Effectively, the most ridiculous perma-death run ever. If I'm ever spotted, game over. Bosses will kill me in 2-3 hits. Aiming for a completion time of <2 hours.

    I'm so hardcore I should get out more.

    @Ace I was doing something similar on MGS3:S - I realised at The Sorrow that somehow I had killed 2 people. I have no idea how. I was FURIOUS. (There's a joke there somewhere)

    I'm so hardcore I ... err ... regularly replay Indiana Jones and the Fate of Atlantis taking the Path of Fists? Wait, that's not all that hardcore. Let me try that again: I'm so hardcore I beat Veni Vidi Vici on VVVVVV after <50 attempts!

    Oh yeah! First time I got above 30 kills in League of Legends. 34 kills, 8 deaths. It's my best, I rock, happy dance happy dance.

    But I also didn't know you could rotate objects in Skyrim by scrolling the mousewheel on them...that could have helped immensely to discover the combinations from the claws.

    Anyway I'm so hardcore I got Dragon armor (enchanted) with a Daedric masque and an Ebony Warhammer of burning (enchanted) so I destroy dem dragons!

    But I wanna learn a better fire enchantment. Can you 'unlearn' enchantments?...in Skyrim of course.
